  3. The application has been designed and developed as a 
  4. web browser to help people with low vision and/or some
  5. learning disabilities use the Internet more easily.

  7. It can be fully operated with only 6 keystrokes once the 
  8. software operation is understood. The browser is meant to 
  9. be used without the help of a screen reader. It is our hope 
  10. that, in some small way, this will enrich the cyber lifes of 
  11. some of our friends out there.

  13. Intended for installation on computers using Microsoft 
  14. Windows⌐ 95, 98, 98SE, ME, or 2000.
  15. It requires that you also have Microsoft Internet Explorer
  16. 5.+ installed on the system as it takes advantage of several
  17. system files used by IE.
